As the contract expires at midnight tonight, the contract is no longer in effect. Anyone in the bargaining unit who crosses the picket line and goes to work can be fired for any reason or no reason at all, and that termination will be permanent, with no possibility of a grievance or any other way to reverse it.
You have NO job protections when you cross the line. Every strike, the management will take advantage of the situation and fire people - just because they can!
Crossing the line means you are no longer a free American, you are simply a wage slave, who is at the mercy of the company. We on the outside are proud, free Americans, who are standing up for what is right. It's a good feeling.
