From today's Eagle article:
The strike doesn't affect non-union workers, who must show up for work.
This does NOT mean members of the bargaining unit that aren't members. That meant the management, office and engineering staff.
ALL workers covered by the contract has the RIGHT under the law to honor the picket lines, without repercussion from the company.
